As the founder of unthinkit.com, Jay is the method behind the madness, providing leadership and creative direction to every unthinkit.com project.  A third generation entrepreneur, Jay is constantly driving the business into new directions to keep the unthinkit.com design portfolio modern and on the cutting edge.View Jay Antonic's profile on LinkedIn

Jay's vision for
unthinkit.com is:

"...to unite the best creative talent in the world with the right clients and provide the finest Value Added Information to the correct target audience.  A strong brand message contributes to the growth of the American Economy. We are here to solve the hardest branding issues, provide the most correct branding statements, and provide creative material that is both visually and emotionally stunning.  We are here to challenge paradigms, to unthink the way 'it has always been done', and to conquer new market share in the most creative ways within ethical and legal bounds."

His greatest fulfillment is found in the pursuit of exceptional talent and idiom.

"There is far too little innovation and far too much management in business today.  Great ideas need less management as they grow themselves.  Forcing growth through contrived sales strategies leads to product over-saturation and decreased market demand for the same over time.  Staying diverse and keeping a fresh and unique message before your consuming constituency is the only guarantee in a free market."

Jay says that innovation is found in
shooting the gaps:

"As a linebacker I learned to shoot the gaps in the offensive line to get to the ball and control the game.  Although sports are a trite business metaphor, certainly the concept of shooting gaps is unique.  We get market share by finding niches, by acquiring extended use patents, by expediting services, by creating novel products, by designing new materials, by creating what has never been done and by rediscovering that which was lost."

Since 1995 Jay has spent his career in Sales Management and Marketing with the bulk of that time in the footwear and fashion industries acheivin career sales receipts over 38M USD.  Working with successful companies such as:

Often taking consulting forays into franchise development, light manufacturing, medical, and heavy industry, Jay has provided growth collateral for:

COMPANY HISTORY:

Unthinkit.com is the natural evolution of ProFormSell!, Jay's sales development and coaching consulting company. ProFormSell! , is a non-word that means "Selling in Professional Form".

Unthinkit.com provides the necessary marketing and branding solutions that are the inevitable adjunct to sales and development growth fostered by the underlying principles disseminated through the ProFormSell! approach to sales maximization.

THE UNTHINKIT DISTINCTION:

While the Proformsell solution is a sound individual-consumer-facing solution, the unthinkit.com program offerings are far more comprehensive in that they amasses a series of strategies for both consumer-facing and business-facing businesses.  In which case, unthinkit.com is geared toward mass results, rather than specific individual transaction results over time.

Proformsell deals with the psychology and presentation of a personal sales transaction,  whereas unthinkit.com deals with the propitiation of the mass impression of a branding message whether in print or on-line.

Breaking New Ground:

And as the Head Unthinker, Jay also heads up the mysterious unthinktank, a private problem resolution strategy team that covertly tackles under-producing profit centers for conglomerate companies and other mid to large cap firms seeking to answer questions pursuant to stymied innovation and unrealized profit potential.  Focus is particular to new product development, process innovation, competitive analysis, branding and re-branding, and providing new ideas for intellectual property and manufactured products.  As well, the unthinktank provides group dynamic input and resolution to very difficult business development and management problems, often crossing over into providing public relations stratagems.

The unthinktank portfolio and members are non-published unthinkers and work under restrictive non-disclosure agreements.
